Returns and Refund

At Ashweena Pharmaceuticals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products, we accept returns only for items that are unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.

Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or partially consumed are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Certain items such as promotional products, free samples, or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the necessary details from the customer.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Product opened or used after delivery
• Incorrect dosage or improper use of the product
• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect or damaged product was delivered by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
