Cancellation Policy

At Ashweena Pharmaceuticals, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order by calling or emailing us with their order details.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be cancelled.

Ashweena Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be initiated if payment has already been made.
